Pre-Elimination Pondering

Vida and I are Elminating -- you could call it detoxing but as you can't truly detox, we are 'reduce-toxing'... here is my version of being in health and fitness...

Having re-read the Dax Moy 30 Day Elimination Diet, I'm thinking there is some easy stuff here and then some not so easy...

Avoid: Alcohol, caffeine, dairy, red meats, sugar, wheat and all wheat products and all processed foods.

Do: Drink 1 litre filtered water for every 50lbs of body weight, eat protein at every meal, eat regularly (3-4 hours), eat freely from non-banned foods (no calorie counting), vary your foods, use good oils (olive oil, butter or coconut oil for cooking), get outside in the sun for Vitamin D.

Avoid: Sugar substitues, microwaves.

So already undertaken: No coffee or tea since Sunday 28 March, no alcohol since Thursday 1 April, don't eat wheat anyway, make all our meals from scratch...no processed food here!

Trouble ahead? Yep, sugar kick demaning attention, eating regularly and when are we going to get some sun for the vitamin D?!!
