So, one of the things Phil Richards told me was to ditch the porridge and have salad for breakfast. Specifically avocado salad, with seeds and oil.
So I did. Felt a bit weird, but it was very nice and kept me full until lunchtime. Did daytime camp, they worked tremendously, well done!
Lunch was 2 slices of rye toast with hummous and cherry toms and cucumber. Went and taught Balance in Henley.
I almost certainly had a snack mid afternoon can't remember for the life of me what it was, but for dinner had roast chicken, stir fired veg and new potatoes. Yoghurt and seeds
Taught Pump and Balance in the evening. Hot water.
