Brilliant Wednesday! Part II

I got my written nutritional report from Phil Richards today. Now I know what to eat to maximise my health, boost my blood and feel BRILLIANT!

Great news: Spelt flour = good, coffee = ok in small amounts,

Bad news: no peanuts, NO RYE (eek, Ryvita will go out of business now) no mushrooms (boo)

Watch this face and watch it return to youth and vitality!
