It's been a shaky start to Phil Richards plan. Perhaps it is because I went straight from the Elimination diet to this one, or perhaps because the change is quite dramatic compared to before. Anyhoo, Friday was pretty much a good Phil Richards day.
Avocado salad, soup and unyeasted spelt bread for lunch, goats cheese and spinach omelette and salad for dinner.
Woke up Saturday morning and had to have toast. It was lovely. Spelt bread toast, goats butter and sugar free marmalade, two coffees (going straight back to old habits there!)
Went and taught Pump, came home and had another coffee and then after running Laura to work went to teach Balance.
I think we can safely say it all went downhill from there! The rest of the day became a day off. Culminating in 2 glasses of red wine and a banoffee muffin Dale bought home from his day out!
I have three weeks before I go on Phil's course, so back on the wagon properly tomorrow to see how his regime changes me!
